Hospital Administration- Public Relations And Clinical Services
Head of the Division
Division of Clinical Administration and Public Relations (CAPR) handles the day-to-day hospital operations of the Centre with an objective to provide high quality oncology care to the patients. The division plays a major role in ensuring patient satisfaction. The public relations wing acts as the face of the hospital communicating with the patients, relatives and other stake holders supporting them to solve queries, concerns and issues they come across during their treatment and follow up at the centre.
The Division has different sections such as registration, admission, follow up, Schemes & insurance, Billing, Help desk, certificates& reimbursement, telephones and communications. The Division also arranges and manages funding from different NGOs in order to ensure treatment to the underprivileged patients.
